Communication: The Catalyst to a Smooth Loan

*disclaimer: Not all individuals will qualify for each loan type and/or scenario. Please contact me to see if you'd qualify for these loan products and/or discuss your options.

Loans, just like anything in life, go a lot smoother with effective communication. Each person is different and wants to be communicated with in different ways. Some like daily communication by talking on the phone, whereas others might like hourly communication over text, or weekly communication through email. Communication comes in all shapes and sizes, and it's important for me as a loan officer to be able to communicate with the borrowers, the real estate agents, title companies, etc. in the way that they would like to be communicated with.

My preferred form of communication is through face-to-face contact or by speaking on the phone. I prefer this because it gives me an opportunity to at the very least, hear a persons tone of voice while also getting what needs to be communicated across quickly and efficiently. This might not be your preferred way of communication though, and I'd be happy to adjust in order to meet your communication needs.

One of the most important things when it comes to getting a loan completed in a certain timeframe is making decisions quickly and being able to get your loan officer what they need in a timely matter. Whichever way is easiest for you to accomplish this, can be adhered to.

Please, let me know your preferred form of communication, and how often you'd like me to keep you posted on where we're at with your loan. As we communicate well together, the loan process has a chance to go as smoothly as possible.

Give me a call today and lets discuss more about how we can get you into your dream home.
